1. Return Window
- You may return most items within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Some products may be marked non-returnable on their product detail page; those items cannot be returned.
- If a product is eligible for exchange only (and not returns) — that will also be mentioned in the product listing.
2. Condition for Returns / Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it
- Include all original packaging, tags, warranty cards, and accessories
- Not be damaged or altered in any manner
- Match the product delivered (same SKU, color, size, model)
3. Return / Exchange Initiation Process
- Go to “My Orders” on GrowDeal.in and select “Return / Exchange” for the eligible order.
- Fill out the form and provide required details (reason, photos, etc.).
- A Return ID / Exchange ID will be generated for tracking.
- The product pick‑up will be scheduled from the same address to which it was delivered (unless otherwise agreed).
- At the time of pick-up, our delivery partner may inspect the product to ensure eligibility.
- Once the return package is received, we will perform a quality check. If it fails, the return may be rejected and the product may be sent back to you (at your cost).
4. Return Shipping / Cost
- If you opted for the “All‑return option” (if available), returns are free of cost regardless of reason.
- For returns due to defective / wrong / damaged / missing items, the return will be free.
- If the return is for reasons other than defect (e.g. “changed mind”), a return shipping charge may apply (deducted from refund) — this will be communicated during the return process.
- Sellers may bear return shipping fees based on weight / location.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used during purchase (credit/debit card, net banking, UPI) after we receive and verify the returned item.
- Refund processing time: 3–7 business days (for most payment modes).
- In case of Cash on Delivery orders, you may choose to receive refund in bank account or in site credit / wallet (GrowDeal balance).
- If you had used any discounts or promotional offers, the refund may be adjusted accordingly (i.e. promotion portion may not be refundable).
- GrowDeal reserves the right to withhold or refuse refund / exchange in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or violation of policy.
6. Exchanges
- If an item is exchangeable, you may request an exchange (subject to stock availability).
- If the cost of the exchange item is higher, you will need to pay the difference; if it is lower, we will refund the difference.
- Once an exchange request is accepted, the original product must be returned.
- If for any reason we are unable to fulfill the exchange (e.g. out of stock), we may convert it into a return and refund per policy.
7. Quality Check & Rejection
- On pickup or on receipt, we (or our delivery partner) will perform a quality check.
- If the product does not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g. used, damaged, missing parts), the return or exchange may be rejected.
- In that case, the product may be sent back to you, and no refund/exchange will be granted.
8. Cancellation / Return to Origin (RTO)
- If an order is undelivered and returned to us (Return to Origin), we may not charge additional return shipping fees.
- You can cancel an order before it is shipped; once shipped, cancellation is treated as a return and return policies apply.
9. Policy Changes
GrowDeal reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Such changes will be effective from the date they are posted on the website.
